Timmy has lost his best friend, his Bear dog. Two months had gone by since he had last seen Bear, and try as he might, Bear was nowhere to be found. Timmy prayed that Bear would come back. Timmy and his family had moved from a farm to the city, and Timmy would often return to the farm, hoping to catch a glimpse of his friend and that he would find Bear. Timmy's tenth birthday was soon to arrive, and a surprise awaited him when he arrived home to a very special celebration at his birthday party. Imagine the joy and anticipation as Timmy's prayers are answered and Bear and Timmy are reunited.

The author Christopher W Severance was born and raised, and has been a lifelong resident of the Orlando area of Sunny Central Florida. Christopher has seen many answered prayers. 
Christopher likes to write, play guitar, and sing. The inspiration for this story was a real-life Bear dog pet that Christopher once had, and yes! Bear dog did return after being away for several months.
