This book was inspired by the observation of various "Church People's" behavior, their culture, their ability to make others laugh, and their inability to live a righteous life. From the beginning of time, "Church People" have said things, acted in ways that have left us in awe. The spirits of the modern-day Cain, Judas, Jezebel, and other biblical Villains attend church and wreak havoc. The laughter they provoke is not always comical, but sometimes it is sad, embarrassing, and painful. The things they say and do keep us laughing and praying that we will never be categorized as "Church People". This book is filled with the dos and don'ts of "Church People" behaviors. It is time for the body of Christ to approach these issues and deal with these "Church People". It's time to stop the laughter, because it's really not funny.

Evangelist Debra Cooper currently resides in New Jersey. She is a Graduate of Montclair State University, and graduated with a BA in Political Science. She worked at the New Jersey Department of Children and Families for over 30 years. She served many families and worked tirelessly to protect and uphold the safety laws for many children in New Jersey. She is a member of Palm Garden Holiness Church in Newark, New Jersey, where her father, Bishop T. Cooper is the Pastor. She serves as the Youth Leader and a member of Pastoral Care. She is an ordained evangelist and preaches the unadulterated Word of God. She is the Founder and President of Palm Garden’s Women Ministry, W.O.R.S.H.I.P., the acronym for Women, Operating, Richly, Securely, Happily in Prayer. For several years, Evangelist Debra Cooper, aka Lady D’ was radio announcer at WNJR, and WNSW radio stations. Evangelist Debra Cooper is also an original member of the gospel recording group Peaceful Circle, formerly known as Little Stevie and the Gospel Superstars and recorded with the Palm Garden Community Choir. Because of her spiritual zeal and love for the church, she was inspired to write this book, in order to look at some of the changes in the culture of the church. Her love for God and church, is always aspiring and working to do things, better and in decency and order. Evangelist Debra feels that it is definitely time to go back to the “Old Land Mark”. Her favorite scripture is Psalms 34:1, I will bless the Lord at all times, and His praise will continually be in my mouth. In her spare times, she loves to shop, cook, travel, and read.
