Another thing that is good to know is that self-control pays. We cannot get so angry in a situation that we lose our temper and, in the process, hurt someone or something we love? Whatever it is, even perhaps an annoying fly, it is not worth it to lose control like Grandpa Johnson did when he crashed his $2,000 big screen television throwing a shoe at Phelix the fly.
Grandpa Johnson found the fly swatter under his "easy" chair.
He replaced his big screen Sony video television. It was not cheap. He said, "he would never do anything so stupid again". Grandpa said he would simply take a deep breath and count to ten anytime he does not know what to do when he is challenged or upset.

Over the 50 years of my professional career, I have had a plethora of positions in the exciting field of audio-visual media. This is our second publication. Our first book is the cutting-edge publication -- “The Second Talk” designed to assist young people on how to react when stopped by law enforcement, mostly while driving, so that they can return home without a negative incident. So, you can see that Fran and I are concerned about how people and how we react to encounters in life and in general. We are also founders of a not-for-profit corporation to assist the needy, the elderly and the underserved and disenfranchised citizens, etc.
Education is power and I have earned my high school diploma, AAS degree, BS degree in Communications/AV and Medial Instructional Systems. Yes, I loved school too.
