Malcolm Lawrence, a police officer from the Highway Patrol Unit in the city of New York, is working on a routine roadside traffic radar detail when he's catapulted into a chase turned rescuer of the driver. In doing so, he finds himself in a tailspin of one of the most intricate diabolical conspiracies of his career.
The murder of his fellow officer and near fatal shooting of his best friend has led him into the depths of other heinous crimes that are occurring on the very highways he patrols. Murders, organ thefts and other atrocities are hitting close to home, but go as far as China. Malcolm, being determined to bring down a murderer, does his own investigating, but also offers an ultimate gift to save his friend.
