Rane Tomlinson, born in Manhattan, NY, is a teacher at a Bible Institute in Dallas, Texas. Her focus is Prayer and Intercession as well as Prayer and the Supernatural. Having taught prayer across the nation, in South America, Asia, churches, schools and homes, whenever she speaks, her focus is prayer. The places or impact never deter this prayer warrior. The cry of prayer is a gift of God to His people to pull down strongholds and set the captive free. The purpose of this small book is to stir the reader to search the scriptures for answers about how to pray with the Word of God, having no shame and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Rane says, "Prayer is significant to the growth and maturity of the Christian. With this small, easy to read book she shares practical and Biblical thoughts on how and why to pray, the importance of prayer, different types of prayer, hindrances to prayer, and the forces of darkness that Christians face when they pray. The Bible says that we are in a war. Though Jesus won all for mankind, we are learning how to walk out our faith by the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and prayer.
