Rich was born and raised in Colombia, South America, as the son of missionaries. He has served as lead pastor of Grace Bible Church in Winston-Salem, NC since 2003. With earned graduate degrees Rich’s main function is providing vision and biblical exposition for the church. His teaching is featured on a daily podcast called “Delight in Grace”. He is also the author of the book 7 Words That Can Change Your Life. Rich and his wife, Andrea, have six grown children and thirteen grandchildren.
