Paul Dennis worked in the Health Club Business for seventeen years. He worked at Sacramento Handball and Racquetball Club, Sacramento Court Club, Rio Del Oro Tennis Club, and Natomas Racquet Club. In 1994 he received a Commendation from the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports for leadership and program development of California’s youth. He taught Physical Education for twenty-five years. He taught at Yolo Alternative/Continuation High School his last seventeen years. In 2015 he started Yolo High Handball. In 2024 he retired, but continues to run handball tournaments at Yolo High.
